Pinecrest and South Miami shoppers are getting a French luxury fragrance house in their backyard.

Parfums de Marly is scheduled to open its first Florida boutique at Dadeland Mall in July 2026, according to the mall's property manager Simon Property Group. The store will sit across from Ferragamo in the Fashion Wing at 7535 N. Kendall Dr.

The opening anchors a broader wave of new tenants at the 1.5-million-square-foot mall, which has added seven retailers so far this year. Several represent first storefronts in Miami-Dade County for their brands, according to Hoodline, citing the Miami Herald.

Founded by Julien Sprecher, Parfums de Marly is a niche haute parfumerie house that draws on 18th-century French heritage. The brand said the store will showcase its fragrance line in a dedicated retail space, according to a July 23 press release.

Brazilian eyewear brand Chilli Beans also opened a kiosk in the main corridor near Bath & Body Works and Lululemon on July 9, according to Hoodline.

Already open in 2026

The mall has welcomed several other new tenants this year:

  • Kurt Geiger (May) — British footwear and accessories brand, near Macy's Fashion next to Lego
  • Windsor (May) — fashion apparel, East Mall near Dick's House of Sport
  • Garage (April) — Montreal-founded fashion brand, near Macy's Fashion next to Princess Polly
  • Jrk! (February) — fast-casual Jamaican eatery led by Chef Wayne Sharpe, in the Dining Pavilion
  • Niko Niko Boba (January) — handcrafted boba, matcha and coffee drinks, across from Zara near Macy's Home & Children

What's next

Gorjana, a California-based jewelry brand, and Massimo Dutti, the Inditex-owned fashion label, are both scheduled to open at Dadeland later in 2026. The mall has not announced specific dates for either store.

Dadeland Mall is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
