Tyler Herro's seven-year run as a Pinecrest resident is ending alongside his Miami Heat career.

The 26-year-old guard listed his Bali-inspired estate in Pinecrest for $11.99 million, days after the Milwaukee Bucks finalized the trade that sent Herro, Kel'el Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr., and Kasparas Jakučionis to Milwaukee in exchange for Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bobby Portis Jr. The deal was completed Monday, July 6.

The nearly one-acre property, completed in 2021, features more than 9,000 square feet of living space, eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and a half bath. The design features walls of glass, high ceilings, indoor-outdoor spaces, and natural materials. Amenities include a private home theater, a bar, a pool and spa, a covered outdoor summer kitchen, and a primary suite accessible by elevator.

Lourdes Alatriste of Douglas Elliman holds the listing, with George Sarkis serving as marketing advisor, according to the New York Post.

Herro, a Greenfield, Wisconsin, native who attended Whitnall High School, was drafted 13th overall by Miami in 2019. He appeared in 394 games over seven seasons, averaging 19.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 4.1 assists while shooting 45.0% from the field, according to the Bucks' official announcement. His 7,664 points rank sixth in Heat franchise history, and his 1,068 three-pointers rank second.

He earned the 2021-22 Sixth Man of the Year award and made his first All-Star team in 2025. In his final Heat season, Herro averaged 20.5 points in 33 games while shooting a career-best 48.0%.

The trade had been agreed upon since June 22 but was not finalized until July 6. Herro's parents told WISN12 News sports anchor Stephanie Sutton that the move home feels like destiny. "For him to come back to Milwaukee and play for his hometown NBA team is just a dream," they said.

No timeline has been announced for the Pinecrest property sale. Herro has one year and $33 million remaining on the four-year, $130 million extension he signed with Miami in 2022.
